    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at GE (New Orleans, LA) in April 2016.

    Interview

I received a phone screening call from HR and set up a meeting with a developer lead. When I was talking to developer lead who was not even a hiring manager asked me irrelevant questions and he was not prepared for interview. He was kept putting the phone on mute and I was not even sure if he was listening my answers or doing other tasks. He also got irritated for a no reason, when I was explaining BAs workload on the contract or consulting role. I do not know who even asked this specific individual to interview, but he basically did not care about my skills or talents. I think the hiring managers or the interviewers are thinking finding a job is extremely east nowadays so that they do not need to take the potential candidate serious.

    Interview

The interviewer was very neutral and was reading directly off of a questions sheet. It was a behavioral interview and it seemed as though he was not happy about having to conduct interviews. He asked a lot of basic questions about myself and there were no technical questions involved.
