    Was interviewed at the new Global Ops in Cincinnati OH. I felt very welcomed and was given a tour around the building, shown the amenities and different floors. Very friendly people and a great work environment.

    The first step was a short 30 minute phone screen. This was followed by an in-person interview. I was flown out, expenses paid by GE. First was a 5 minute presentation that included technical questions and about me. The rest of the morning was spent doing 30 minute behavioral interviews with 5 different people, followed by a short group exercise with the other candidates.

    The interview process started with an initial application for the job, followed by an Email setting up a phone interview ( Phone screening). The Phone interview was about 30 min long and had like 8 questions. After a few days I received an Email requesting me to fly out to Cincinnati for an on site interview. This interview was about 5 hrs long and consisted of multiple types of interviews.
