The interview was seamless and informative. I met with potential team members that explain the role. Additionally, the company was very responsive during the process. I was able to go onsite and take a tour of the facility. Overall, the process was very good.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Berlin
I interviewed at GE Power (Berlin)
It was the second interview at the company near to the Tempelhof. The interviewers were late and there was an extra interviewer there without advance notice. The vibe is very intensive and with no respect. People are very strange there. The main interviewer asked questions, but actually didn't expect my answer and will say something else immediately, without waiting me to start or finish my answer. I felt like, okay do you want me to answer or not? I can also see, that the main interviewer has bad relationship with HR. They are talking about the next meetings or the room keys and some staffs that are not relevant to the interview. The HR left already before the interview finished and the other interviewer even didn't know how to lock the door, or how to turn off the light in the room. I was like, wait, did you just introduced yourself that you worked here for over decades already?? In one word, it was NOT professional and NOT respectful at all! Very very bad experience!!
- (from HR) I am sorry I need to go now. Did you talk with xx about the salary? What is your expectation? blabla. Okay I really need to go now, you will get the answer next week.

their hr from egypt calls you initially to let you know that someone will contact you. then hr interview happens, it was a smooth and typical hr interview. tech interview was done on google meet, they asked an algorithms question, wanted me to arrange an array in increasing order and save the second biggest element under a big O constraint. it wasnt hard and overall nice interview process.

I applied Online. The whole process took 2 months. I was Interviewed at GE Power, Rugby. The Recruiter was not involved right through out the interview process nor they responded to any enquiry emails. There were 2 stages in the interview process. The first stage is basically Teams discussion which was straightforward. The second stage was about 15 minute presentation on a topic that is related to the role followed by questions based on the presentation and a factory tour. They haven't provided any presentation equipment so I ended up presenting in my laptop. Interviewers seemed friendly and welcoming but recruiter ghosted me at last step and did not send me any feedback.
- Most of questions are based on my past experience and job description.
