I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GE Vernova (Troy, NY) in Oct 2013
Interview
The interview was a standard behavioral interview, one-on-one, and the interviewer was pretty young. He asked me basics about my resume and just talked about some of my experiences. The latter part of the interview seemed to be more of a test of cultural fit. Otherwise was pretty easy and smooth
The process lasted 4 interviews with a site visit. It was definitely one of the longer processes I've gone through, but not too bad. Don't be intimidated by the process.
