Interview
The first process of the interview involved no one on one speaking, unless it was the fill out one of the several pieces of paperwork needed to process you the first day. I did not bring an extra resume, because it seemed like a very mechanical process where I did not have a name, but a number. After filling out the paperwork, and watching an introduction to Geico positions video, we were shuffled into another room to be tested of our skills. After several simulations that slightly touched on all positions available (sales, service, claims), we were asked to wait for the results. After another half hour- which pushed the interview time past the allotted time we were scheduled for, they wished those that did not pass good travels while signing up the successful ones for a phone interview.

What do you like least about the company/position?
I applied online and was asked to take an initial role-play / skills test. I then received an email from a recruiter asking to schedule a preliminary interview. The recruiter told me I was on to the next round and had a more formal interview with an HR rep.

They were really interested in my attendance at prior jobs, and how comfortable I was working in a metric based environment.

First interview is easy just goes over job schedule etc. and if those will be okay with you and your schedule, they also go over pay, as well as previous employer questions.

Interview process was good job was not. There were 3 interviews one over the phone and two in person. The recruiter was very nice she helped me through the interview and then the on boarding process.
