I just completed my zoom interview. They start off by going over the schedule, pay, and training process. Then we went over my resume, what I did in my previous adjuster roles and why I left. Then I was asked if I currently hold a license. It was pretty basic questions that anyone could answer without prepping for it. I found out at the end I would be moving on to the 2nd and final interview in person.
