I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at GEICO (Bethesda, MD) in Nov 2011
Interview
I applied online and contacted by the HR. A phone interview was scheduled the next day. First I was asked to go over my esume. Then they give me two cases to. It went very well. Several days later, HR called me and scheduled another phone interview. The manager interviewed me this time. I was given a chart to analyze during the interview. I didn't answer the question very well and got rejected email after several days.
I applied online. I interviewed at GEICO in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview is literally like a SCAM! I received a pre-interview homework with very vague instructions before I even talk to someone. It took me hours to build a dashboard. No feedback from the team and I have no idea how they will use my work. Is this even legal nowadays? I got an interview later but the recruiter is so unprofessional, who can’t keep the words and shows no respect of my time. I declined the interview. I’ll never apply for GEICO for the sake of respecting myself.
The interview process was the usual of behavioral questions and situational questions. There are phone calls, then zoom calls available for various positions. If you are selected with each step, you get emails to move forward.
