Had an in-person interview with four directors that lasted a total of an hour and a half. Interview was pretty typical and was told I would hear back the following week. The following week they called and asked to do another interview virtually with another director. After that second virtual interview, it has been 3 weeks and no communication from them. Reaching out to say I didn't get the position takes all of 60 seconds, and pretty unprofessional to ghost interviewees like that.
