    Environmental Engineering Interview

    Anonymous Interview Candidate
    No Offer
    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at GHD.

    Interview

The hiring process for me was pretty simple. I impressed the local university recruitment team, exchanged contact information they told me to apply and within the next two weeks I received a phone call for an interview. The interview was very relaxing the interviewers just wanted to get a sense of what types of water related projects I have been involved in. A strange question I was asked was what is my favorite and least favorite class. Overall it was not a bad experience.

    People Advisor Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in New York, NY
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at GHD (New York, NY) in June 2017.

    Interview

Had a phone screening. Was told I would be scheduled for an in-person interview. Recruiter did not have the courtesy to return my calls or emails after weeks of hearing nothing. I would wait a few weeks, and still nothing. 2 months later, I got a rejection letter. 2 months! Terrible recruiting practice from a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The recruiter is the face of a company, and this one makes GHD look horrible.

The PM very strongly led me to believe I had the job. In the end, the guy strung me along for about a month until he stopped replying or returning phone calls...
