    Large group interview of 30 potential workers and 2 recruiting people. It was extremely relaxed and casual! You were told you could even wear jeans. Everyone talked about themselves and goals and then we all went through a trial of what a call would be like. It took about an hour.

They asked alot of questions about how I worked with others, what work I had done previously and at what stage the job was at. They want to know if you would need alot of supervision so they would ask what is your working style. They asked how much you knew about the company.

Screener let it slip that I was coded as "unqualified". Quickly backtracked when I stated I was going to call original interviewer to straighten this out. 3rd party sought feedback and response was "not enough experience".

    A group interview; details what the job entails, pay attention and read decently and loudly and you'll get it. Make sure you aren't on your phone and you exude cheerfulness, they watch and hope for that. Another note is that you have to read in front of others and there may be words that people can't pronounce, don't laugh at others who struggle.

    The hiring manager telephoned right on time and advised that the interview is being recorded for assessment afterwards. She asked me to say my name, spell it, confirm what position i was applying for and lastly my current position. If at any time any question was not clear she would be happy to repeat and i should answer all questions spontaneously.
