I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Geek Squad (Jacksonville, FL) in Sep 2014
Interview
I applied online. A few weeks later I received a call for my first interview. Once I made it to the next round I was called back for a second interview. I was called the next day with an offer. The overall interview process was straight forward. The questions asked during the interview were the typical why Geek Squad questions, and I was asked about my technical skills. I was also asked about my communication skills seeing that I had to interact with people the entire day.
Overall a pleasant experience. Questions were not difficult to answer. Mostly how one would handle different situations and your past experience. The interview did not take a long time and wait time for a response was reasonable.

Question 1
Name a time where you had a customer with an attitude and how did you resolve it?
Very laid back, what do I do for fun, have you worked with customers before, what was my availability like? Have you worked with windows computers before. The manager was nice, has been there for a while.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Geek Squad (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2022
Interview
Interview was fairly easy. Most of it was behavioral questions. Usually a 2-interview process. They may ask you limited technology questions but nothing more than consumer-level knowledge as a consultant.
