The initial interview lasted about 4 minute. Consisted of background clearance questions and ended with question about pay. I was asked what I was hoping as far as pay. I felt that what I asked for was reasonable. Turn out the cap out on salary for this position is $23/hr. That's horrible for a supervision role. Definitely glad i signed contract with LM skunkworks already.
