    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at General Motors (Bedford, IN) in October 2010.

    Interview

Disclaimer: Not a typical interview scenario since my GM plant was closing and personnel was trying to help place others. The people I spoke with in Bedford were very pleasant. The site is a foundary that was undergoing some construction and preparing to install new equipment. Typically, GM uses the STAR (situation-task-action-result) interview process which is also known under other acronyms.

    Reasons for Declining

    Not able to relocate.
