I had a behavioral interview with the team lead. The process was very professional. My recruiter was very helpful in the way that the interview proceeded. I felt that they care about their employees at Genesys.

I was asked to give an example of how I inspired others.
The process was very chill overall. It was a panel interview with two managers from the teams they were hiring for. They gave one very easy coding problem, and the rest of the interview was behavioral.

Interview
After a quick 20 minute call with the recruiter, I had a 1-hour panel interview with the team that I would be working with. It mainly consisted of verbal technical questions as well as 2-3 quick coding questions. The team was very friendly, and they were helpful while working through coding questions. I only wish they had asked me more about myself and my goals/passions.

Got an email from a recruiter at Genesys to interview for an internship late May and met with the only team manager over zoom and it was not a technical interview but some general technical questions were asked
