Anonymous Interview Candidate in Tel Aviv
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gett (Tel Aviv) in Dec 2016
Preface: As it was stated during the interviews, the company follows a slightly modified hiring process described in the book "Who: The A Method for Hiring". The overall process took almost a month in vein. The first interview were rescheduled 3 times because of some circumstances related to the assigned interviewer. Thus, it took almost 1.5 week until the first interview actually happened. The interviewer, was a person who is really pleasure to have a talk with. The former introduced the company's vision and goals in general, asked about my background and gave 3 technical questions. The second interview was scheduled after 2 days since the first one. This time, a person who interviewed me was of a higher rank than the first one. He also introduced a lot information about the company, asked almost the same personal questions which I was asked on the first interview. There were no technical questions at all though, I understood, they tend to give some "Codility" task. Instead, I received a small home task. Since I never came across the technologies required in the task, it took 1 day to learn and then to implement the latter. After submitting the task I got a feedback right on the next day and the 3rd interview, HR, was scheduled after another 2 days. As with the first time, some rescheduling took place. On the day of HR interview I had another, the 4th, interview. The questions HR asked were very similar to those the 2nd interviewer asked. I wasn't so much surprised when on the last interview I was again asked the questions I had already answered before. Everything could still leave positive experience if not the indifferent and dry attitude of the last interviewer. At the end, after 2 days they returned back with non-constructive rejection backing it with "we chose to give an offer to other candidate with more years of coding experience than you. You have 6 and we need more...". After asking, I was provided with no details or feedback which could help in further job search. I am not sure whether I can rate the overall experience as negative, but it is not really positive. It leave you puzzled after receiving the final feedback in form and manner such as I've received.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gett (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Aug 2016
The interview process begin with a short phone interview, the interviewer describe the company and ask general question. After the phone interview I was asked to take an online home test it has 2 questions. The next stage was in person interview with one of the head team, she was very kind the interview include personal and technical questions. The next stage was in person interview with another head team, he ask only one technical question it was more to get to know you interview which was very nice. The next stage was HR interview, after passing it I had one last interview with VPRND.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Gett (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Jun 2016
The first you notice when arriving for an interview in Gett is how nice people are. The process was very fast and I got feedbacks in a very timely fashion. Eventhough the questions were challanging, every interviewer I met was reassuring and gave me a feeling the interview was important as he provided the proper time for it.
