Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Gibson Consulting (Chicago, IL) in December 2016.

Interview

For the first round of interviews, they set up a phone interview between myself and the hiring manager. He was very helpful and informative giving me good information about the company culture and recent changes, and asked interesting questions about my past and general interest in the company. It was a pleasant experience overall.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Gibson Consulting (Chicago, IL) in September 2015.

    Interview

Applied through LinkedIn, two phone interviews with senior consultants, then in-person interview with a group. It was pretty straight forward, with an e-mail exchange going back and forth and also had an excel proficiency test to do. Not bad at all, though it did take some time.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Gibson Consulting.

    Interview

From start to finish interviewing with Gibson Consulting was a very quick process. I started with a phone interview that was a screening call followed by an in person meeting and interview.

The phone interview was as expected for any consulting firm. Questions were based around personality, travel, degree, extra-curricular activities, etc.

The in person interview consisted of a written case study followed by a meeting with a senior level consultants and/or management.
