The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Gifted Healthcare in Jun 2021
It is pretty straight forward you interview with a Recruiter, director, then VP. All were wonderful to speak with and very personable. They are looking for someone whose personality fits in with the company overall mission.

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gifted Healthcare (Chicago, IL)
The lady whom originally called me, as well as, the sales manager were extremely kind, and easy to talk to. I was under the impression things were going great! I was told I would hear back in the next few days. I sent my thank you emails, and was very excited about the opportunity and company. However, days went by. Nothing. Okay, fine- no biggie. People get busy, things happen. I send an email to follow up a week later. Nothing. I wait, and follow up, once again, a week later. NOTHING. I wait another week. You guessed it. FREAKING NOTHING. t was a total 180 from before when they would answer in minutes. They obviously are/were not interested in me as a candidate, but, give your interviewees some respect. Send an email to at lease say “you’re not the one”, or at least answer them when they reach out. It seemed like a great company to work for..however, I think I totally misread the whole experience.
