Interviews at Gifted Healthcare
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Gifted Healthcare in Jun 2021
It is pretty straight forward you interview with a Recruiter, director, then VP. All were wonderful to speak with and very personable. They are looking for someone whose personality fits in with the company overall mission.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Chicago, IL
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gifted Healthcare (Chicago, IL)
The lady whom originally called me, as well as, the sales manager were extremely kind, and easy to talk to. I was under the impression things were going great! I was told I would hear back in the next few days. I sent my thank you emails, and was very excited about the opportunity and company. However, days went by. Nothing. Okay, fine- no biggie. People get busy, things happen. I send an email to follow up a week later. Nothing. I wait, and follow up, once again, a week later. NOTHING. I wait another week. You guessed it. FREAKING NOTHING. t was a total 180 from before when they would answer in minutes. They obviously are/were not interested in me as a candidate, but, give your interviewees some respect. Send an email to at lease say “you’re not the one”, or at least answer them when they reach out. It seemed like a great company to work for..however, I think I totally misread the whole experience.

The latest conversations about Healthcare
I recently started a job in a small medical office. The doctor is cheap, rude, demanding, condescending, and has unrealistic expectations. The receptionist is a miserable, ticking , tourettes time bomb. The doctor announced that she wanted to take 8 of us to a restaurant Thursday night. I'd rather whistle through 4 unanesthetized route canals! I have no desire to socialize with these soul-less, unconscionable maggots. We don't even get paid for one holiday. How do I get out of this??
I can definitely say I relate to this... This past week when I sat down at my desk in the morning on Friday, I just started tearing up. I can think of several times I cried this past week due to stress levels. How much is it my mental health, and how much is it that employers are simply all too comfortable with putting way too much pressure on everyone to maximize profits for the higher ups? https://www.conference-board.org/press/mental-healthor-worsens-US-workers
