I had a customer that paid for a service and when they came to pick up there compputer they took it home and it was not done. the customer called and informed me of the problem and I looked into it and realized the staff had never taken care of it and there was no follow up done before the customer came in so I had them come in. I did fix the situation and smooth everything out and gave them 25% off there next service. All and all it was a great out come and I was able to coach my staff for future services
