The process was fluent and long, they shared the insights of the position and the company as well, I had the interview with a recruiter member and then a test, however the test was messy and difficult to be answered and it wasn’t because of the difficulty of the test itself, it was difficult because I didn’t understand what they were asking for, I was reviewing some interviews in this page I realized that there were some potential candidates with the same issue, I guess that this part of the process needs to be reviewed in order to have a better understand of what the company is expecting from a candidate. The rest was fine and unfortunately (because I was in another process with the same company) the feedback was not that clear for both processes. The company sounds amazing and I’m upset I didn’t get what I was applying for, however I hope my experience can help others to get a position in the company as well.
