I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Gold's Gym (Fitchburg, WI) in Sep 2016
Interview
Saw a sign at the club regarding an open position for front desk. Asked the person about the position and gave her my contact info. Got a call back that same day from the front desk manager and was hired over the phone. Met the GM the next day to fill out paperwork and started working that same week. Pretty quick and seamless process.
"I was thoroughly impressed with my interview experience at Gold's Gym. The team displayed a high level of professionalism and a genuine passion for fitness and customer service. The questions were thoughtful and relevant, allowing me to showcase my skills and experience effectively. I appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which made me feel comfortable and valued throughout the process. It's clear that Gold's Gym fosters a supportive and dynamic work environment, and I am enthusiastic about the possibility of contributing to such a dedicated and forward-thinking team."
Manager forgot about interview; very unprofessional and unprepared. As a higher up in the chain of command, it's important to set a great example. There is definitely some improvement that needs to be done.

Sat in a small room and interviewed with the General Manager. Interview lasted about 20 minutes. They just went over basic interview questions and filled me in on the position.
