Interview

Over 8 rounds of very generic interviews. Hiring managers repeated the same questions as they were unaware what the previous interviewer asked. Nothing too technical. Perhaps because of my related experience in the field.

    14 different interviews with HR and VP's. took 3 months to get hired. they do not give you the option to negotiate your salary. you have to submit an extensive ten year residence and work history.

    The interview process was straight forward. Show good communication skills and interest in the field. Since i joined at analyst level a small bit of knowledge was enough to get in.

    It took 1 week to process my resume. Finally i got shortlisted for In Person interview. I selected last slot of the scheduled date. 1st Round was written in Java & analytical. Mostly java questions were SCJP book related . And analytical qs were speed , calculation and simple/compound interest related. 2nd round was technical round. Interviewer did not ask any questions related to my past projects. And i was asked to write code for merge sort and compilable class. Overall process was smooth . As per interviewer , it was already late for them. So i was asked to leave without any feedback. Now , I have to wait till next monday .
