There was an initial interview with the manager and then one with the director and assistant manager. Fairly simple questions regarding how you would function in a role, they did ask some technical questions

So far I have only been examined in sessions other than group exercise and 1-2-1. The first step is ot and vi, followed by a case study. I think the case study, which is purely writing, is more challenging for non-native speakers.

Tough but very relaxed. There was a group task first in which we had to work as a team to complete an activity and then it was the case of a 1-1 interview.

Online interview. It was fairly easy, basic motivational and competency questions such as why the firm/role, and examples of teamwork, problem solving etc. Interview was relaxed and conversational, lasting around an hour.

1. Online test involving numerical reasoning and situational judgment 2. Digital interview 4-5 questions (Why GT, Why Audit…) 3. Case study assessment (hardest stage - 22 mins to review multiple data sets and answer questions in email format) 4. Group exercise (most enjoyable) 5. 1:1 Manager interview (really chill, felt like I was talking to a friend) Will consist of competency, strength based, motivational and growth questions. Grant Thornton were so supportive throughout and ensured to give feedback on every stage. They do really want to see you succeed and I believe it’s the best place to work.
