Application

The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Grifols in May 2018.

Interview

I submitted my application online received an email to schedule a phone interview the following day. Two days after my phone interview, I had an in person to interview with at the Plasma Center I applied for. I arrived 20 min. early & waited an hour to be interviewed because they were not expecting me. Smh Bottom line if I knew they started you off at $12 an hour I would not have wasted my time. I heard back from them 3 days after my interview. I declined the offer.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Grifols (Akron, OH) in February 2017.

    Interview

I missed the recruiters call but she emailed me with a link to schedule a phone interview or do a pre recorded one. I did the latter and I regret it. It asks normal interview questions but in mid sentence it would hang up on me. I called back several times and eventually completed it but now I'm pretty certain I won't be receiving a call back because I technically didn't always give full responses which obviously isn't my fault. I tried going in and scheduling a live phone interview but that option no longer works because I took the faulty recorded one. So beware! Just speak with a human if you can.

    Interview

I had a phone interview first and then was called back maybe two days later for an in person interview. You get a call from a recruiter to do a phone interview and that usually lasts 30-45 minutes then a day or two later you get an email to do an in person interview and it just depends on the job how long that takes and is usually with the assistant manager and maybe the area lead

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Grifols (Pocatello, ID) in September 2012.

    Interview

This was a really laid back process, probably due to the fact that this company has a high turnover rate. Basically what happened was I applied for the job online then received a call which you could say was a pre interview. They asked basic questions: my name, whether I graduated or not, I suppose this was to get a feel for me and my character. The actual interview was real short and informal. The questions were very generic, such as, "Name a time when you had to make a difficult decision and what did you learn?" In all it was nothing to sweat over.
