Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District (La Mesa, CA) in March 2015.

Interview

Applied online and received an email from their Sr. Recruiter for an in-person interview about a month later. They have you do a 20 minute written portion and then a panel interview of 5-7 people. It sounds intimidating and it was, but they were all very nice and wanted the interviewee to feel comfortable.

There were probably a total of 12 questions. All questions were relevant to the position and supposedly you get an hour of the panel interview but it only really took 20 minutes. If they believe you are qualified then you get a second interview.

They will contact you regardless you get the position or not (which is nice).
