I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Gulfstream (Melbourne, FL) in Oct 2013
Interview
I submitted my resume to them in a career fair on campus and I got a call from them the same day to meet for a 30-minute interview on campus next morning. They asked me if I had any questions for them, but unfortunately I didn't have too many as a result my interview lasted for less time. They were very friendly interviewers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Tell us about a project you failed in and how you fixed it.
2. What will you contribute towards gulfstream?
3. What is the main reason you chose gulfstream over other companies?
4. Tell us about yourself.
5. Do you have any questions for us?
(these are the top questions I remember, others were simple or different versions of the questions I mentioned above).
I applied online. I interviewed at Gulfstream in Apr 2024
Interview
Video interview with hiring manager. Super easy conversation. They were very personable and it felt like a conversation more than an interview. Only one interview stage. Heard back in a couple weeks, as the manager went on vacation.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gulfstream (Savannah, GA) in Oct 2023
Interview
Went over resume in detail and asked me some questions and allowed time for me to ask questions. Also had each person (4 engineers in different positions explain their roles in the company.
I was interviewed by the entire team and were asked a series of questions related to job roles. Each question was a basic character assessment and from there I was accepted for the position the next day.
