Such a fun and unique process! I first completed a phone screen followed by a take-home assignment. I was then invited to an all day onsite interview where I got to spend the day with the entire team. It was really an opportunity to get to know one another and determine whether we were a good fit for each other. I was asked to submit three references and received an offer a few days later.

Interview was pretty quick. First part is the HR phone screen, then panel interview with hiring manager and some other people you'll work with. There's 3rd interview but I didn't moved forward with it. HR provides feedback within 3-4 business days. Based on our discussions, the company seems to embrace AI in all aspects that I felt I wouldn't last long in the job because AI will replace me somehow.

Went through a phone screen with recruiter, manager, then a panel interview with 5 other managers. Tons of technical or tell me a time when question. You would think after all that I would received a more personal rejection email but it was pretty generic. I felt like I wasted so much time preparing and researching this startup only to not receive the same time put into my process. Also of the managers I met with was very unprofessional and looked at their Apple Watch majority of the interview.
