    Crew Member Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Mission Viejo, CA
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Häagen-Dazs (Mission Viejo, CA) in April 2015.

    Interview

The store explicitly said they were hiring crew members. However, the manager was very unreliable; she called me for an interview the day after I turned in my application. She then canceled my interview and told me that the store was looking for a new manager. A few weeks later, she decided to call me again for an interview. I then had my interview a few days later and she never called back.
