Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at H.G. Fenton (San Diego, CA) in April 2014.

Interview

I recently had a similar experience here. I applied online and was immediately invited to complete a "predictive analysis" screening which I promptly did. The next day I was called by a recruiter and had a pleasant and lenghty phone interview with him which entailed reviewing my resumé in detail. I was informed they were looking to hire **immediately** and he even asked if I had any other employment offers lined up. I was quickly scheduled for an interview with an HR/Recruiter at the company's location the following day. There I completed additional testing and was informed that my score was quite good and proceeded with an in-person interview which lasted about 45 minutes. I felt a great rapport had been established between myself and the HR representative as the interview was an overall enjoyable experience. I walked out that day feeling confident and anticipated a quick follow up either for an additional interview or for an offer of employment. Three business days went by and I heard nothing. I called the original recruiter and left two voicemails and one email for follow up on my interview but no response. Another day went by and I was able to decipher the email address of the actual HR representative that interviewed me and sent her an email directly. I was informed by her that they were "moving on to other candidates". The final outcome was highly unusual and I'm still not very clear as to what happened since they are continuing to post for the Leasing Manager position. I have a few theories (solely based on my instincts) but I want to be careful on any speculation. So much time invested for such disappointing results.
