Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at H&R Block (Oceanside, CA) in October 2010.

Interview

The hiring process is somewhat drawn out. From initial application to hire was 90 days and I was already in the system. The interview process is fairly standard in that you meet with HR then the hiring manager and on occassion with addl supervisors and or peers.

Interview Questions

  • Very typical questions. If you study up on most common questions asked in an interview there should be no surprises.   Answer Question

Negotiation

A few back and forth emails with the recruiter and we ended up meeting in the middle.
