It was quite easy process, three rounds of interview starting with basic technical then main technical and then HR round. They will ask all simple basic questions and some real time questions. the only requirement is to make sure you have applied for the right job and you know your skills listed in resume very well, this is more than enough to secure a job in HCL. i was interviewed twice at HCL and also selected but surprisingly the HR team so lazy they never respond back. they discussed about the offer but did not release an offer letter. I have wasted my time for this company twice. feel sorry for such pathetic HR team.
