I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at HSBC Holdings in March 2012.

Interview

Applied 2 months ago for position online, was contacted a couple weeks later for an phone interview. Then a week later a 3 manager interview. Went to interview and position was completely different from what the job posting listed. They wanted an Executive Assistant, so was very unprepared/unqualified for the opening. Was told would hear back either way after roughly a week. Followed up after a week with HR consultant, and said was still in running, would know in a week or so. Followed up again after almost 3 weeks and said still hadn't decided. Just heard back last week that they chose another candidate.
