Other Wealth and Personal Banking Summer Analyst Interview Reviews for HSBC
The interview process consists of three rounds, each designed as case study-based assessments. These rounds focus on evaluating analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and your ability to think strategically under pressure. The format involves analyzing hypothetical business scenarios, identifying core issues, and proposing well-thought-out solutions. Each round progressively builds on complexity, allowing interviewers to assess both your initial approach and adaptability across different types of business challenges. Although it may seem rigorous, the structure is intended to be manageable, offering a fair chance to showcase your skills through a practical, real-world context.

Interview
Very smooth. There was a really interesting process to understand the company and act as a summer analyst during the job simulation. Writing reports and answering questions about the company was really interesting.
