Submitted online application forms (open questions contained, No Cover Letter Required.) Will receive telephone interview that are quite standard. People in the same telephone interview round receive almost the same questions.

Describe a role model; Why HSBC; Global news and how it affects HSBC
Online assessment consisting of personality questions and basic math questions followed by video interview asking basic questions and investment decision. There were several video interview questions consisting of basic behavioural questions.
It was a standard interview asking about interest and testing your basic problem-solving skills for the Spring Insight Week. It was a recorded type of interview with standard questions and no follow ups.

Please tell me why you are interested in this role
the interview was fairly straightforward, not many difficult video questions, and only about 4 of them. Time management is the main challenge in my opinion, as it has to be done under 40 minutes
