Halff Associates Interview Questions

Interviewed by a panel of people including one on Zoom. Basically told me about the company and then asked where I saw myself. Overall the interview process was not that difficult.

I approached them at a job fair. They are eager to hire engineering students. Most sought after degrees are Civil, Environmental, but they are also willing to hire Chemical Engineers.

Great process! Easy and quick! I really enjoyed the recruiting team and hiring managers. Highly recommend for new grads. Everyone is really kind and they get you hired as soon as possible.

Interviewer was friendly enough, but it didn't really feel like an interview. Felt more like the interviewer gave me their life's story and barely asked me any questions, which was dissapointing.

Met on Microsoft teams with three current employees. Each employee described their education, first job experiences, and how they eventually ended up in their current position at Halff. They were all very nice and the atmosphere was light.

3 step process via person, online and office meeting. Salary was disclosed during last part of interview. Benefits packet looks reasonable but high emphasis on employer owned. Much of it was emphasis on the company and a lot less of what the job entailed

The interview process was very fast and easy. The interview was an hour long and wanted to get to know me I have another interview next week at the office on site.

Individual first, testing, and panel interviews with HR leadership and team over the course of a few weeks. Also met with President of the company and CFO before receiving an offer from their recruiting team.

Very relaxed and informative, they provided a lot information about the position and were very friendly during the entire process. They scheduled me fairly quickly once I submitted my resume.

The interview process was pretty good. The interviewers were very friendly. But after the interview they didn’t even send a response, not even to tell me they were not going to consider me.
