Interview
I went in to the store and asked if they were hiring for seasonal help, and I told them another Hallmark I knew of was unfortunately looking for part time only and I am strictly looking for seasonal. They said yes. About a week later, they called me for an interview, and I did not even need to call them to check the status of my application! It was great. They asked if I could do the interview the next day, and surely enough I did.
The interview took me about an hour and ten minutes, including the personality in the test. JUST BE YOURSELF!! It will always work out in the end. Know why you want to work for the company, and don't be afraid to flaunt the skills that you have and prove that you can be an asset to the company.
I got a call the day after my interview, offering me the position. I started the day after that. I am very excited to work for this company!
Fairly casual and genuine. Will ask on your experience on the role you are applying to, and will request for your availability. They give you a lot of time to ask questions and answer in the most genuine and understanding way.

Interview
Very easy process. Simple structure. Job was explained well and how training would be conducted. Pretty small shop so the owner is very involved through the whole process. No complaints about the process.
