    Interview

This was by far the easiest interview process I have ever been through. However, they do a great job weeding out the bad seeds. They make sure you are who you say you are. They offer a great training program once you pass through the interview process

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Hannaford Bros. in August 2016.

    Interview

Applied online on Friday, got contacted on Monday to schedule an interview, which I had the next morning, and started work that same Thursday. After being interviewed by the "ARM" I was offered a position, and then immidiently spoke to the department manager about availability and such. Very quick process, and the interviewer was really nice and understanding. It was my first job interview, but the interviewer made me feel comfortable and the whole interview was pretty casual.

    Interview

Went in on a Tuesday and filled out an application. I got a call the next day asking if I would come in for an interview. The following Monday, I went in and had a quick interview. In and out in about 20 minutes. I was running late at the time. I talked to two separate managers and filled out paperwork. They called me a week later and offered me the job. I accepted and have been there ever since. Very laid back and personal. It wasn't in a large group.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hannaford Bros. (Portland, ME).

    Interview

It was long, 3 days or so. One day of interviews and two days of tours and shmoozing. You needed to interview along side a partner. They wanted to hear you listen to their answers and work together to provide answers to the same question. They put a lot of time, effort and money into the hiring process and it gives you an idea of how much effort they put into training their RMTs

    Interview

I applied online then a couple of day's later they called and asked me to setup a interview with them. So I went to the interview and a lady from hr interviewed me then she told me that she'll forward everything to the overnight manager and that he'll be the one who will be making the call regards for people coming in for a second interview. Well he never called me and now I just got a email saying that I didn't get the job. All well I was just looking for a second job anyways. I was kinda annoyed when they told me that they made a mistake with the online posting for the position it said that it was full time but meanwhile they start everyone out as part time
