Two rounds of interviews with key team members. It was mentioned that there would be additional tests, but these never were sent to me. In addition, I had one on one discussions with who would potentially by my direct leader. I expect that my experience was not standard.

Second Interview:
You are invited for a second interview where you meet with members of the development team. They assess your problem-solving abilities and ask more technical questions.
