    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Healthland (Minneapolis, MN) in August 2014.

    Interview

Informal process. Talked with two managers and the previous person. Previous person shared salary information as well as job specifics. I had worked there as a contractor and was recruited for this spot. It wasn't what I wanted but would be great for a detailed IT pm.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Healthland (Minneapolis, MN) in March 2013.

    Interview

One of the interviews was over the phone and then I had another interview in person
Good questions, not really generic. My interview over the phone was calm and casual to get to know you and your expertise. They made me feel extremely comfortable and wanted to know about me, my life, interests, professional goals. Once oriented around the position they asked a lot about customers and situations which I may face, asked me how I would deal with them. Overall a good interview process.
