Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts (Hershey, PA) in January 2014.

Interview

It was on the spot hiring. They asked me questions about me my availability. Then made me do a simulation of operating a ride. It was easy. Then you take the drug test the same day if you get the job

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts (Hershey, PA) in March 2012.

    Interview

If you apply in time and sound capable during the interview, you get hired. They need a lot of employees, so they aren't very picky. Everyone who I know who applied got hired, even though it was half of people's first job. Granted, everyone I knew was very capable. Some may judge harshly on their reviews, but most people get offered the job on the spot.

    Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts (Hershey, PA).

    Interview

Very Interactive and Relatable. Great opputunities to express yourself on issues on how you interact with guest and the respondsiblity of operating a ride. The interviewer was very respectful and patient. I would do the interview again just because of how the interaction was. Be kind, wise, and formal and you will get the job easily.

    Interview

It was easy, the questions were not difficult. They make you operate "rides" which are just little robotic projects around the room to make sure you follow instructions. I was in and out in maybe 30 minutes. The only part that was daunting was the immediate drug test with many police officers staring at me. It was uncomfortable
