Interview
First-round Interview with HR: I had an initial interview with a friendly HR representative. They asked about my background, skills, and career goals. They also provided an overview of the company and answered my initial questions. Second-round Interview with the Director: After passing the first round, I moved on to the next stage, which involved an interview with the Director. We discussed technical aspects of the role and went deeper into my expertise and experience. The Director asked specific questions related to my field and how I handle challenges. Third-round Interview with the Senior Director: I successfully advanced to the final stage, where I had an interview with the Senior Director. This interview focused on strategic aspects and the company's vision. We discussed my leadership skills, potential for growth within the organization, and how my goals aligned with the company's objectives. Throughout each round, I prepared by researching the company, understanding the role, and practicing my responses to behavioral and technical questions. I also made sure to ask thoughtful questions to demonstrate my interest and engagement in the process.

2 rounds of interviews. One in person and the other virtual. Standard behavior and situational questions. Was told the job was entry level so I’ll be able to learn the basics and move my way up

Awesome interview process, super friendly! I enjoyed talking to the recruiters a lot. The teams are also very supportive and want you to succeed. Seems like a great place to work.
1 Recruiter Screening, 1 Hiring Manager Interview, and if I was moved forward then it would be the hiring manager's supervisors. Focused mainly on Hilton's values in the recruiter screening.
