Interview
First, there was an online test for aptitude and reasoning. On passing that, I was eligible for the extempore round. After this a personal interview is scheduled for final selection.

They asked to talk about my selected topic for 3-5 mins. I was supposed to be judged based in my communication skills, content and out of the box thinking.
