    Over the phone and we spoke for almost an hour. Kim knew exactly what questions to ask to make sure I knew the ins-and-outs of the position I was applying for. I was confident in all of my answers to her questions since I've worked in the field for so long.

    One on one interview, very fast and simple. The staffing manager Terra Hasker does the initial interview, if she send you to see Dal Chappell then you've got the job. After 2 days I was called and told to come in for orientation and to begin training. Jim Braley is such a wonderful trainer!

    Saw the job posting on an internet search engine, and once I applied I received a pretty quick response (a few days) from someone in HR. I had a really quick, and basic, telephone interview before an actual interview was set up. I met with the woman from HR, the department manager and the AVP separately. I was asked back the following week for a second interview, and was offered the position a few days later. It was 31 days from the day I applied for the job until the day I began.
