How many diapers does America go through in one month (market sizing question)? If I was an Eskimo, how would you sell me ice cream?

That would be 3.6 billion, not trillion. The actual estimate annually is 28 billion disposable diapers annually, plus what ever number of cloth diapers used.

3.6 trillion--per US Statistics about 4 millions babies are born per year and each child uses on average about 8-10 diapers per day, so in any given month of the year we will have about 12 millions children arranging from birth to 3 years old (potty training age) and if each child uses about 10 diapers per day is about 120,000,000 per day and average 30 days per month totals about 3,600,000,000
