Dear sir,first of all i have to guess the mode of the guest,then i need to understand whats the guest choise,acording to that with polite imeage ,i have to offer better option,which his out of expection,that he never imagine we are going to treet him better then before,ultimate we are in hospitality service,this is our duty to satisfy the guest at any coast.Thank you sir.
