I would first find out what the problem with the customer is and take it step by step and see if we can resolve the issue, If I can not resolve it then i would ask maybe a co-worker for their input and IF that did not resolve it then i would call my supervisor for the input of how we could resolve the issue and make the customer happy and satisfied.
