Multiple ways to increase adoption - Sell Fiber Internet service as a bundle or as an up-sell with other google home products, such as google home, google wifi - Sell Fiber Internet + phone services as a bundle with Google Pixel & other android phones (if we can make deals with other companies) There's a bunch of more questions like this on PrepTick that I found helpful - they've answered a couple on their blog too. Check it out - you might find it helpful. (https://www.preptick.com/interview-kits-gd). Best of luck!

Hello! After successfully completing my interviews, I started at Google as a PM. Seeing that there were not many useful interview prep guides specific to Google, I’ve created a document & study guide that gives all the details about my experience, the questions I’ve been asked and their detailed answers. You can buy the e-book at: https://interviewjoy.com/services/interview-process-details/google-manager-interview-questions-answers/ I’ve sold this interview prep book to many Google Manager candidates already and received many 5 star reviews. The book proved to be very useful for all types of manager/account associate interviews at Google! You can see the reviews of my buyers at the bottom of the service detail page linked above. The book will give you a clear advantage during your interviews. You’re welcome to buy it from the interviewjoy.com website. Thanks and good luck with your interview process! Alex

I think the key in generic questions like this is to be careful to cover the fundamentals, and to be familiar with all the followups so you're prepared for whatever they throw at you. Maybe do a mock interview with a Google Product Management expert on PrepTick to get a real-world answer? They give lots of guidance and pro tips on how to deal with this kind of stuff. https://www.preptick.com/practice-interviews-swe

This guy Alex is a fraud. He does not work for Google and sends BS questions. Be aware. I have a fraud case filed against him via my credit card and planning to reach out to Google saying this guy is lying and using Google's name

Andy is most prob a guy from a competitor website. I bought Alex's guide (b/c the website has a full refund guarantee) and actually got an offer with the help of that guide. Came back here to comment about it b/c this Andy guy almost made me not buy it (maybe he is a competing candidate, lol)

There is a flaw with the comment made by anonymous. In 18 days of window between Andy's comment and Anonynous's comment, Anonymous was looking to buy the guide, apparently bought it and even got an offer from Google.
