How would you sell a solution to customer who is not ready

  to listen to you because of a bad delivery which our company did in past.

First of all , I don't think I will have solution to discuss if I have not established communication channel with the customer. So I would not go with any solution to the customer as that would be arrogant. I would go with the expectation to listen and understand the Customers needs.
