Basically I will be patient and try to understand what the customer issue is. Based on her answer, I will give her some options and if she still not satisfied then I will involve another co-worker or my manager to help me out.

I would treat the customer with respect and ask him/her what seems to be the problem, from there I would come up with solutions and if I wasn't able to help I would then involve a manager.
