Huawei Technologies Graduate Development Program interview questions

The interview took place in Dusseldorf with four interviews in a row, from your direct manager to the manager of the whole department. Each interview is similar to each other, just questions regarding your CV. There is no single technique question. The last stage is to meet with the HR and talk about the contract. (Yes, you can get the offer directly after the interviews) I asked questions like career development and the HR told me it's not their business. I asked about any other bonus except the basic salary, the HR said none. Half of the people I had seen are Chinese and some of them I talked to do not speak English well.
