    Interview

Recruiter from Louisville office will call and give you a brief phone screen with some interest questions. They also inform you of other opportunities/departments with where you are applying based on your skills. They will ask if you are interested in those positions as well so a leader from those departments can be involved with your interview as well to see if you're a good fit. You will then be scheduled for an onsite interview with minimum of two leaders from the department you are interviewing with. They ask you a series of experience, personality and goal questions. They were very open in my interview process. I was able to ask a lot of company questions and it seemed very casual and comfortable. I got a call back next day from a recruiter in Louisville with an offer.

    Interview

Over the phone interview, Then in person interview, take a per screening ptcb test to see if you qualify for the job. The interview makes you think you are in a much better place than retail, YOUR. NOT!!! Don't be naive when they buy lunches and hold team meetings. All they want are employees who are desperate for work and don't mind getting rid of when your ill.

    Negotiation

Ask for more hourly pay, what they pay isn't worth the work they require you to do. All while forfeiting your personal life for this company.
